Kevin worked tirelessly to make sure I was seen today and my insurance information was updated! I appreciate the help and patience shown to me. I’m new with Aspen dental so it’s nice to have the warm reception and assistance.

I am happy that I stopped in at Aspen Dental located on 410-A Balltown Road. Kevin at the front desk was very helpful.Shicoa and Bianca made sure everything was handled before closing for the day. I did have an emergency.The dental assistant was very polite and took X-rays so the doctor could better assist me.This was the best dental office experience I have had. I highly recommend. The entire staff is outstanding!!

The staff at the Aspen Dental on Balltown Road, Niskayuna were amazing from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel supported while I was dealing with pain and my huge fear of the dentist. They squeezed me in for an emergency appointment when my own dentist said they could not get me in until August and to go to Urgent Care. While the outcome wasn't what I was hoping for because I need a Specialist, they explained everything, called in an antibiotic and explained why I need a specialist, showed me this issues and were extremely supportive. They offered me the opportunity to become a new patient of there's but they were not pushy etc... I have such anxiety about the dentist and they were fantastic!

I had a dental emergency today and contacted Aspen immediately. I was provided with an appt within the hour All staff were extremely professional, kind and patient. All reassured me my matter would be resolved and helped me understand all my options to address a treatment plan and cost. I cannot express how thankful I am for all they did for me today. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Niskayuna for dental needs. They went above and beyond to assist me I cannot thank them enough! I want to add that the Aspens Dental Team work beautifully together and their office communication is excellent! Their efficiency and team work should not go unnoticed. Kristen S

Great experience. The amount of knowledge of the path i want to take for upgrading my dental health plus financial options from Shicoa Fordly was completely satisfying. Absolutely not one question was not answered and I left there confident in my decision to continue with this office. I want to give a personal thank you to Shicoa Fordly for all the help she has given me!

Great experience..really great people. It was a 2 teeth change of fillings. After the novotcaine wore off, I discovered that the repair was perfect. Very happy. See you again when its time for cleaning.. thank you Margaret Lyons

If you need to go to an Aspen Dental, or any dentist, really, go to this one. I had this specific Aspen Dental recommended by several different people on a LGBTQIA+ Group on Facebook and now I know why. They are so overwhelmingly kind and nonjudgmental. They were funny and gentle with me. The financing options are positive and there is no shame, they actively work with you to get the cost to what you can afford because they clearly want you to have the best dental health possible. It also matters to me how kind they are to each other, my main person was still in training and everyone was so kind to her as she asked questions to the other staff around her. This was a phenomenal first experience back at the dentist for the first time in 10+ years. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m usually someone who dreads the dentist, but the team at Aspen Dental has totally changed that for me. The entire staff is professional and makes every step of the process feel comfortable and easy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a kind smile from Kevin at the front desk, which really set a positive tone. During my cleaning, Jules was fantastic. I actually learned a lot about my teeth while I was there! Plus, it's such a relief knowing my dental health is in great hands with Dr. Ruiz. I’d highly recommend this office.
